# Collaboration

> Comments, live observation, notifications, and public sharing

<Warning>
  If multiple people edit a study at the same time, changes can override each other. Coordinate with your team before editing a study someone else may be working on.
</Warning>

## Comments

Discuss studies right where the work is. Comments can be attached to any question, or to the welcome, thank-you, and screen-out messages.

* **Threads** — reply to comments to keep discussions together.
* **Resolve** — mark threads as resolved once addressed (study owners and full-access collaborators can resolve).
* **Email notifications** — the study owner is notified of new comments, and comment authors are notified of replies.

Anyone with the **Commenter** role or above can participate — see [Folders & permissions](/platform/folders-and-permissions).

## Notifications

Subscribe a study to **interview completed** events and route them to:

* **Email** — one or more addresses.
* **Slack** — a channel, via an incoming webhook.
* **Webhooks** — your own endpoint, for custom workflows (CRM updates, data pipelines, internal alerts).

Configure these in **Settings → Notifications** on any study.

## Public sharing links

Share read-only views with people outside your workspace — no Versive account required:

| Shareable          | What viewers see                   |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------- |
| Study insights | The full insights view for a study |
| A single interview | One interview's transcript         |
| A custom insight | One AI analysis view |
| AI test results    | A test's results and summary       |
| Reports            | A published report                 |

Each link is a unique token you can **revoke at any time**. Regenerating uses the same link until revoked, so a shared URL stays stable.

## Reports

For synthesized deliverables that span multiple studies, build [reports](/studies/results-and-insights#reports) — documents or presentations assembled with an AI assistant — and share them with a public link or export to PDF.
