The Library is your organization’s collection of reusable building blocks, with three sections: question templates, study templates, and email templates.

Question templates

Save any question — with its type, settings, and media — as a template, and drop it into future studies from the question builder.
  • Templates are organized into color-coded categories you define (e.g. “Screeners”, “NPS & loyalty”, “Onboarding”).
  • Templates are shared across your organization, so the whole team asks recurring questions the same way.
Deleting a category also removes the question templates inside it.

Study templates

Start a new study from a pre-built template instead of a blank page:
  • Versive templates for common research needs, plus organization templates your team creates.
  • When creating from a template you choose the new study’s title, destination folder, and access policy — then customize freely.

Email templates

Reusable outreach emails for participant invitations, with a rich-text editor, a subject line, a reply-to address, and merge fields (participant name, metadata, and their personal interview link).

Tips

  • Turn your best-performing screener blocks into question templates — screener quality is the highest-leverage reuse in the library.
  • Keep a “standard closing” template (final open feedback + thank-you) so every study ends consistently.
  • For agencies: one study template per engagement type (discovery, concept test, usability) makes new client projects a 10-minute setup.
